2. OUR AGREEMENT

3. ORDERS

Retention of title

In application of the law of May 12, 1980, the transfer of ownership of the goods delivered to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the principal and incidental price.

Late payment

Any payment after the fixed payment date could give rise to the invoicing of penalties without prior formal notice from the buyer being necessary. 6. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

7. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL

• Any package sent to Gueule d'amour must be in a "tracked" type postal format (letter followed, Colissimo tracked, registered parcel, or Chronopost). In the event of a dispute, Gueule d'amour will require the Customer to provide proof of deposit with the postal service.
• Once the package has been received by Gueule d'amour, our teams will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. Otherwise, the return may be refused by Gueule d'amour. The products will then be returned to the Customer at the expense of Gueule d'amour without the Customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.

Reimbursement : In the event that Gueule d'amour makes a refund for products, this will be done by the same method of payment as that used for payment of the order within 15 days of receipt of the products.

Credit note : In the case of a request for a credit note, the latter will be usable on your next order. The credit note is valid for 6 months and available online in your customer account. It can be combined with other promotions and sales.

Gueule d'amour reserves the right to refuse the package and the refund if the return conditions mentioned above are not respected.

Note that a gift card cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially.

8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
When acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:

• Benefit from a period of two years from the delivery of the property to act;
